I started my first lunch of 1404 (Persian year) with my lovely Brazilian friend at Sib Restaurant. We didn’t have a reservation, but we were lucky to get a table, as it was the first day of Nowruz, and the restaurant was very busy. We ordered the following: • Complimentary Vegetable & Bread • Tahdig • Medium Mezze Mix Platter • Kase Kabab • Special Doogh • Medium Tea (Traditional Iranian Chai) I absolutely fell in love with their tahdig dish! It was a real treat to have both Ghorme Sabzi and Khoresht. Honestly, I enjoyed it, and my friend loved it as well. The doogh drink was a special touch for me—it reminded me of the time I spent in Iran! The Kase Kabab was also delicious, and we especially enjoyed it with the perfect Iranian rice. “ I usually go to the other branch at First Palm, but this was my first time visiting this one. The food was amazing, just as great as the other branch, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. My top favorite dish here is always the Kabab Torsh absolutely delicious and perfectly done every time. However, I was a bit disappointed with the strawberry juice, as it tasted more like syrup than fresh strawberries. But if someone likes sweet strawberries syrup juice will like it . I did face one unpleasant moment: while my husband was on an important phone call, we were taking some time before ordering. The waiter kept repeating “Are you ready to order?” Again and again directly to him, even though he was clearly on the phone. I had to finally say that he’s on a call. I found this a bit rude and disturbing, which left me annoyed. Other than that, everything else was great, and I would still recommend this place. Hopefully, the staff can be more considerate in such situations, because the restaurant and food truly are worth visiting. ”
